Hi, I'm Suzie Kennedy (MBACP), the founder of Faith in Me Therapy. I have a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling and Theology and am further practising with a Master's in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am registered with BACP, NCPS (Accred.), and ACC. I offer online and in-person therapy at my central London practice in Shoreditch. 

I am an Integrative therapist. This comprehensive approach combines Person-centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt modalities to address clients' presenting issues. I also include IFS to examine how parts of you can cause the presenting issue. 

I believe Therapy should be accessible to all, and I have priced my services accordingly.

I have a wealth of experience gained from counselling clients at an NHS mental health service for anxiety and depression and a nationwide substance abuse service; I have seen firsthand how therapy can transform lives. I have also worked with neurodivergent clients. 

I have been invited to speak at conventions, charities, and media outlets to share my story of transformation. Having personally overcome significant challenges, including cancer and abuse, I understand the courage it takes to seek help and the debilitating nature of some issues. In 2023, I was honoured to be appointed as an Ambassador for Woman's Trust charity. This role allows me to contribute to a cause I deeply care about, providing women who have experienced domestic violence access to free counselling and support services.

As a Christian, I welcome the inclusivity and diversity of humanity.  I offer a supportive, safe space to explore the issues that have brought you to therapy. I work with people who wish to incorporate their faith in treatment or are struggling or feel excluded from their faith, including those from the LGBT+ community.
