Integrative and Relational Counsellor

I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre, a leading Counselling and Psychotherapy training institute. I offer in-person sessions in Shoreditch as well as online counselling.

Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. You might be facing relationship difficulties, grappling with substance abuse, or exploring aspects of your sexuality. Many also seek support for ADHD, codependency, or for processing past experiences like developmental trauma or grief. The issues we carry are often deeply rooted, and while looking back can feel daunting, doing so in a safe and supportive space can be incredibly profound and enlightening.

Being Integrative and Relational means that I tailor my approach to your unique needs. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution but a collaborative journey built on connection.

Being "Relational" means that I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work. Because we are fundamentally relational beings, healing and growth often happen within a safe, trusting, and authentic connection.

My "Integrative" approach then draws from a rich tapestry of therapeutic methods and theories to create a way of working that suits you. Rather than sticking to one rigid school of thought, I thoughtfully draw from different approaches, including psychodynamic, attachment-based, person-centred, existential, and body psychotherapies. I work with past influences and present moments, honouring the connection between mind, body, and spirit in our work together.

About Me

I have valuable experience supporting individuals with sexual compulsivity and relationship challenges. I previously provided one-to-one support for those affected by HIV at Positive East. I've facilitated workshops on dating and disclosure at Body & Soul Charity.

I believe therapists and clients can create a relationship built on the freedom to follow and trust their instincts, be themselves, and let the work unfold at its own pace.

The success of therapy depends mainly on whom you choose as a therapist.

Practice Description

I work with individuals aged 18 and over. All sessions are 50 minutes long.

I offer both short-term counselling (typically 8 to 12 sessions) and longer-term therapeutic work, which we'll regularly review together.

Sessions are held weekly, at the same time and on the same day.

Fees

My session fees range from £70 to £85, depending on your income and the time of day.

I offer a free 20-minute telephone conversation during which we can briefly discuss your needs, and you can ask any initial questions.
