About Me

My transformational coaching practice draws on 30 years dedicated to helping individuals achieve deep, meaningful change. With extensive experience of conventional psychotherapy including psychoanalysis, psychosynthesis and psychodynamic approaches, I've also developed expertise in archetypal psychology, constellation systems theory, psychodrama and shadow work.

At twenty-eight, I co-founded the UK branch of The Mankind Project and became the youngest globally certified training leader in the organization's history. I am a certified Mythodrama Practitioner with Olivier Mythodrama, an internationally certified senior Archetypes at Work coach, and founding director of Cordis Associates.

My approach centres on the understanding that transformational change benefits from deep understanding of one's inner workings and unconscious patterns. By helping clients explore their shadows, archetypes, and unconscious drivers, I support them in uncovering root causes of challenges and developing new, empowering ways of thinking, behaving and moving forward.
